Turbo X Training works every muscle group through various methods of training.  Strength training exercises such as squats, bench press and deadlifts are paired with interval training for an intense and effective workout!  Small group training ensures individualized attention with a fun and friendly atmosphere.  Charts are kept to track improvements, customize workouts, and progress you through this challenging program.
