I want all of my clients to feel like they are my only client. Every client is unique with different goals in mind. My job is to work with the strengths and limitations of every individual I meet to create a workout routine that will yield the greatest chance for success. I wish to create an environment for learning. Teaching every client I work with not only how to do every exercise properly, but also why the movements and programs are important to do. I want my clients to ask questions like “why are we doing this?” and “why is this program better than this other one?”

I believe in old school, body building style training. Through proper technique you can attain the body you have always wanted. I joined the Marine Corps in 2012 and through the Marine Corps I have been exposed to various kinds of circuit training programs, whether it be the Combat Fitness Test (880 yard sprint in boots, 100 ammo can lifts (35 lbs), and a movement course. Also the Physical Fitness Test which consists of 100 sit-ups in 2 minutes, 20 pull-ups in 2 minutes, and a 3 mile run.

Fitness has always been one of my greatest passions and I would like to make it yours! When I’m not studying nutrition at the University of Florida I like to run marathons, weight lift, and, of course, train you! I can help you reach your weight loss goals, build lean muscle, and/or help with running training. Our workouts will always be fun and I like to push people to their highest intensity. I was also a gymnast for twelve years, so I know the value of, and like to include many body weight exercises into your routines to give you your best, strongest, and happiest you!

Personal Trainers: We are always looking for talented trainers that encompass the qualities listed above, have national certifications, and hold the philosophy that clients’ results are the top priority. We have a two-part assessment for trainers that includes both working out on the floor and a sit down interview.
