Class Descriptions:

Alter ego cross training is a twist on standard personal training. Our goal is to provide individualized group fitness classes based on the concepts of functional training. When you train with us you will find that you lose weight, build muscle mass, and become less likely to see injury in your future. By mixing cardiovascular elements and strength based movements we are able to create a workout that is not only challenging but fun! Every workout is different and classes are offered 6 days a week. Come and take as many classes as you want each month for only $150. Our hope is to continually help you to improve- becoming leaner, faster, stronger, and more capable to be everything you can be!
