Philosophy


I work with my clients to build strength, improve cardiovascular endurance, optimize fat loss and correct muscle imbalances in order to reduce pain. I believe stretching, mobility, and achieving a balanced body is just as important as being in peak physical shape. With proper warm up, muscles will be primed for a workout and the chance of injury will decrease significantly. Setting short and long term goals is crucial to staying on task and motivated. There is no magic pill or supplement. Only consistent progress and discipline will help achieve your goal.
