We'd like to officially announce that Alter Ego Fitness is SELLING the Haile Plantation location to current Manager, Dan Griffin! Congratulations Dan! This is great news for both parties… Dan's company is named Sweat Life Fitness, Inc. The Studio will officially be called, the Sweat Life Fitness Studio. Alter Ego will focus all of its efforts on the Downtown Location, which is experiencing record breaking membership months and undergoing even more improvements.
It is not always common for these situations to be so positive for everyone, but in this case it is a true "Win-Win" situation. Personal training studios are best when the owner's are able to manage on site, participate in training and help reduce costs by being there every day. Dan will be able to maximize success by his daily presence.
For us, Haile Plantation was a true stepping stone to move on to a larger location downtown. Now that downtown is through its early stage, it is a great time for us to sell Haile. Our future plans lie in the Health Club industry as we grow.
We could not be happier and neither could Dan.
Sun Country is no longer open for personal training. We have had a terrific relationship with Sun Country and will continue that relationship permanently. We want to thank Jodi and Linda Bennett for everything!
Haile Plantation clients, you can look forward to some exciting things that Dan has coming your way. New floors, new colors, new equipment are all in the works. There is nothing to be concerned about and if you have any questions, feel free to ask any of us. I think that this is only going to give both locations the ability to make positive changes for everyone.
The Sale will take place on August 1st , 2008.
