We assess your needs as an individual.  Everyone is different and everyone has very particular needs.  Our trainers know that you may not need the same kind of exercise as some else who is not your age, not your body type or who moves at a different pace than you.  When you contact us, one of our Personal Training Managers will spend around 10-15 minutes assessing the details or your needs.  You will be asked many questions that help us decide which of our 24 personal trainers is going to fit your needs best.  We will ask you questions about your goals, motivations, needs, likes, dislikes, worries, fears, limitations, health history, nutrition habits, exercise history and more.  We will also pay close attention to your personality because we know that matching you with the right trainer includes making sure you are comfortable communicating.  Once this information is gathered, we will set an appointment time with you.  This appointment time is tentative.  Most personal trainers schedules can change last minute, but we want to make sure that the right trainer is chosen for you.  So, we set the appointment with you at the time we are in first contact with you, but the trainer will then follow up with you the day before your appointment to confirm the day and time, as well as directly introduce him/herself to you.

You get a FREE, No Obligation, One Hour Personal Training Session!  Once your trainer calls you the the day before your scheduled appointment to confirm the time, all you have to do is show up.  You should wear athletic clothes and athletic shoes.  Make sure you are comfortable.  A plain old t-shirt and sweat pants are just fine!  We will have a towel for you and a friendly smile.  You will have a full hour session to see if personal training is for you.  We urge you to continue to communicate throughout your session.  You comfort is most important.  Many clients are very intimidated by personal trainers at first and often times worried about being overworked or injured.  We want to know every worry you have, as well as what areas you want to work on the most.  Some clients are looking for a slow start and some prefer intensity from the very start.  We approach everyone differently, so there is no need to hesitate.  Once the hour session is over, we will show you our packages and you can decide if you would like to continue.  We never "pressure sell" anyone, so don't think twice.  Almost everyone who has never had a personal training experience is surprised at how much they love it!  Call or email us today and try out your free session!
