Hi, Thank you for your interest in our Government Wellness Program! This deal almost seems too good to be true, so it’s only normal for you to look for “a catch”. But, the good news is, there is no “catch”. The purpose of this email is to outline how the program works in detail and hopefully it will answer all of your questions. What is a Month-to-Month membership? - The Government Membership is a Month-to-Month membership. What that means is that it is cancellable at anytime, with 30 days notice. You pay your first month on the first 1st or 15th of the month after you join and we then continue to draft payments on the same day each month until you decide to cancel. You are not committed to any period of time. The cancellation process is very easy. We have a short form, that you fill out at our front desk and that’s it. Once your cancellation is submitted, you will only be drafted one more payment, which will fall within the 30 notice period. How much is it? - Please contact us for current rates. What do I get? - Once you are signed up, your Government Membership will give you all of the same benefits as our full privilege memberships. We offer 25 free classes each week for you to attend. We have a sauna, whirlpools, racquetball and more. Our smoothie bar will be open soon as well! Are there any other hidden fees? - There are no other hidden fees of any kind. There are is no enrollment fee either. Simple, easy, no catches. |
